Between entertaining us on "Orange Is the New Black" and murdering every damn red carpet she touches, Dascha Polanco is clearly a busy woman. But the Dominicana knows she's always got to make time to give back.

Which is why the actress is spending part of her summer in the Dominican Republic working with the DREAM Project.

She's working at the school teaching the students about passion, vision, and setting achievable goals.

There she's met so many talented kids – especially at the Bachata Academy where she joined in on the action and proved to have some serious musical skills.

During her trip, she's worked closely with the students, crafting up ways to help them make their dreams come true.

Considering her love for the arts, she's decided to partner with the DREAM Project to create a theater program in D.R. "for kids to develop in reading, writing, creative arts, and growth."

The Dominican-born actress has previously discussed the importance of her humanitarian, work telling Flama, "It's very important to me to volunteer... It's all about me using the fact that I'm an actress as way of building my empire in a way that I'm also opening up opportunities to other Latinas."

When Polanco's not busy serving her community, she's serving SERIOUS slayage in the pool.

Giving back is hard work. Take your break queen. You deserve it.
