Gina Rodriguez took center stage at Sunday night's ACLU Honors, where she was awarded in a major way — and met a major icon.

The "Jane the Virgin" star first hit the red carpet with friend and colleague Lilly Singh at the annual event in Southern California.

Later, the actress was honored with the Bill of Rights award for her work for women's rights, immigration, and Latino inclusion.

"For those of us who make our living in Hollywood, the images that affect our fellow humans are our responsibility," she said. "So I accept this award, and in doing so, accept my responsibility to present a positive image to all those who look to me for inspiration.”

Rodriguez got emotional toward the end of her speech, saying she knows she'll try and fail, but will never stop until all races are accepted and properly represented in this country.

The award was undoubtedly supposed to be the big moment of her night, but her reaction to meeting Colin Kaepernick says otherwise.

I mean, just look at these facial expressions!

She was undeniably starstruck.

Kaepernick was the man of the hour, as he was honored with the American Civil Liberties Union’s Eason Monroe Courageous Advocate Award.

“We all have an obligation, no matter the risk and regardless of reward, to stand up for our fellow men and women who are being oppressed with the understanding that human rights cannot be compromised,” the former football star said.

Clearly, #GinasWithKap. Congrats to both on their honors!
