Ever since Jennifer Lopez broke out as a Fly Girl on "In Living Color," she's been leaving us all in awe with her amazing dance skills.

To pursue her passion as a dancer, Lopez had to make a lot of sacrifices.

When she decided to skip college and pursue dancing full-time, her mother wasn't having it, Lopez told W Magazine. "She and I had a break. I started sleeping on the sofa in the dance studio. I was homeless, but I told her, 'This is what I have to do.'"

Today, as one of the biggest stars in the world, it's obvious that Lopez's gamble paid off.

Now Lopez wants to give other aspiring dancers the opportunity to realize their dreams.

She's returning to reality TV to work alongside NBC and World of Dance (an organization supporting the dance community) for an unscripted dance competition called "World of Dance," of which Lopez is the executive producer. The competition is currently in the auditioning process, seeking dancers of all ages and styles. The grand prize is a staggering $1 million.

In a statement, Lopez expressed her excitement to be a part of this project.

“This will be a fierce talent-heavy dance competition that embraces the raw emotion and excitement that dance represents. I am excited to work with World of Dance, an organization that has had an immeasurable impact on the dance community, to give all dancers an enormous platform where their dreams can be realized.”

Check out Lopez's call out looking for dancers for the show she guarantees will be "broadcast television's, biggest, fiercest, most talent-heavy dance competition ever seen."

Considering Lopez leaves her all on the dance-floor, seeing her at the helm of this competition feels like a match made in heaven.

And if you don't believe me than you need to watch her 2015 American Music Awards performance that left me out of breath just watching it.
