It’s official: Justin Bieber has joined the adult coloring book club. On Wednesday, the “Love Yourself” singer took to Instagram to show off his first artistic masterpiece.

Though he might have taken the "adult" part of the term in a more literal sense — are those tassels on her tatas? — it seems like the Biebs still reaped the benefits of a little meditative relaxation.

“I actually sat down for 30 min and finished,” Bieber wrote in the caption. “I never can sit still for that long so it’s an accomplishment.”

Indeed, coloring, like meditation, allows us to turn our brains off from other thoughts and focus on the moment, an article in Medical Daily reports. It can be a healthy break from the often crazy and busy lives we lead, and for someone as in-demand as Bieber, we can imagine the occasional downtime is much needed.

“It should occupy the same parts of the brain that stops any anxiety-related mental imagery happening,” Dr. Stan Rodski, a neuropsychologist who also happens to be the author of his own line of adult coloring books, said in the article. “Anything that helps you control your attention is going to help.”
