Khloé Kardashian couldn't have picked a better time to bring up her love for Selena Quintanilla than while promoting her size-inclusive denim brand, Good American.

After all, the late Queen of Tejano was known to rock the hell out of her curves, even in denim.

While speaking with Latina magazine, Kardashian revealed why she believes Selena is still so special.

"[Selena] was a beautiful person who was obviously taken too soon, but normally the best ones are, right?," she told the publication.

"I love her and her story. It's incredibly sad, but after so many years of passing away you still see people wanting to continue her legacy — it's as if she never really left. It blows my mind the things that she continues to do not even being here, but that's because of her family, husband, and her fans keeping her alive. You felt her heart and when you feel good people, you want to continue their name."

Khloé is the second member of the Kardashian-Jenner crew to show her affection toward the late singer. Earlier this year, younger sister Kylie posted a short and sweet message on the 21st anniversary of Selena's death.

Seeing members of this famous family recognize Selena's contributions proves that her influence extends far beyond the Latina community. Her legacy will continue to live on and inspire people from all walks of life.
