If you grew up in a Latinx household, you know that it's pretty much every man for himself. You best be ready to shield yourself from the chancletas to grab the last empanada on the kitchen table during meal time.
YouTuber Lele Pons just summed this all up in her recreation of "The Hunger Games," Latinx style.
The Venezuelan star grabbed a group of her Latinx friends to recreate the movie. She, of course, volunteered as tribute.
The games began by dividing the group into teams based on their respective home countries.
It was a head-to-head battle between Colombia, Dominican Republic, Venezuela, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Cuba. (Can you feel the competition already?)
No Latino "Hunger Games" would be complete without a little telenovela drama...
... or abuela showing up unannounced to give her two cents.
Plus, there were a few "weapons" for the teams to use that are hilariously offensive.
EVERY Latino likes burritos, piñatas, and cleaning appliances, right?
