Selena Quintanilla and her sister, Suzette, were the two best friends that anyone could have. Although they were four years apart, they shared a lifetime of experiences. They got to do what most siblings could only dream of: traveling and creating unforgettable memories together.

Suzette said they spent more time on the tour bus than at home, but it's the little moments that still have a special place in her heart.

"Late nights after the gigs, she would wipe off her makeup, she would eat something, and then she would come and crawl in our bunk and we would just talk," she told PopSugar in September. "About her makeup line, her dreams, her being a mother, her being married to Chris [Perez] — just about life, what families and what sisters normally do. That for me was my special moment."

Although Selena's death hasn't been easy for Suzette, she carries on her legacy by representing Selena from her MAC collaboration makeup line, to her iconic Madame Tussauds wax figure, to the Fiesta de la Flor festival in her honor.

Here's 18 photos of the dynamic duo that shows how strong their sisterhood was — and will make you want to hug your sister right this second.

That cheek-to-cheek hug is adorable.

Just look at how young Selena and Suzette were — and those smiles are everything!

You can totally see the similarities between the two.

They even rocked similar hairstyles.

We're not crying, you're crying...*we're totally crying.*

Sisters who pie other people together, stick together.

You can't look at this picture and not smile...

...and it gets even better!

Can you imagine how cool it would be to be in a band with your sister?!

They got to share their busy life on the road with each another.

It looked like they always had so much fun!

Our hearts can't take this stunning photo of the two at Suzette's wedding.

Just. look. at. how. happy. they. were.

It's as clear as day that they always had each other's backs.

This is family love y'all.

And as Suzette said, "Sister and brother bond never dies."
