As if the internet already didn't have enough to indulge in with 11-year-old Taylor Hatala's undeniably jaw-dropping dance videos on YouTube, she's joined forces again with 14-year-old Larsen Thompson for Beyonce’s “Run The World (Girls).” They call themselves "fraternal twins" because of their similar killer moves. And, it's so worth it.

You might remember Hatala from her appearance on Ellen dancing to Nicki Minaj’s “Anaconda”, which took her an hour to learn the choreography. Embrace the inspiration and do some dancing yourself today. Especially since cutting a rug is so good for your brain. Why? Because, science.

According to Psychology Today, dancing improves cerebral function on oh so many levels. Shaking your tail feather on a consistent basis allows you to “achieve peak performance by blending cerebral and cognitive thought processes with muscle memory.” So make the most of your cubicle space today and take a two minute dance break. If you boss walks in on you, tell 'em it's in the name of science!
