Jesus take the wheel! We all know that Demi Lovato works hard on her fitness — but we had no idea just how many hours of blood, sweat, and tears she was putting in at the gym, until her trainer spilled the beans on Lovato's workout routine.

Jay Glazer, the founder of Unbreakable Performance Center — the same place where her new MMA-fighting man Guilherme "Bomba" Vasconcelos trains — told People that Lovato goes to the gym six days a week...

For, wait for it — "four hours a day."

And Lovato isn't just prancing around looking pretty for the 'gram...

She's putting in WORK!

"Today with @jayglazer at @unbreakableperformance.. feels so good to have an outlet and at such a positive, bad ass place like #Unbreakable..," Lovato shared on Instagram.

According to Glazer, Lovato will kicks things off with an hour-and-a-half of some type of mixed martial arts activity like "boxing, Muay Thai, ground fighting and/or Brazilian jujitsu.”

Many of us would've called it a day right there, but not Demi.

“Then she’ll do some sort of recovery, and then she’ll go do her performance workout,” Glazer told People.

After doing some recovery, Lovato moves onto her performance of circuits with low weights and high reps that focus on toning her entire body.

Squats and ab work are part of the intense routine.

And if you thought that was wild, her post-workout recovery is even more mind-blowing.

According to People, Lovato spends 30 minutes doing either an "I.V. therapy twice a week, cryotherapy two or three times a week, Phoenix Thera-Lase medical laser therapy each day that penetrates six inches into the body to encourage healing and reduce swelling and inflammation, and massaging recovery sleeves every day."

It's no wonder that Glazer is singing Lovato's praises. The star is NOT playing.

"Physically, she looks ridiculously amazing, but to get her to see herself as beautiful as she is — I can’t tell you how proud we are of her,” Glazer said.

We're so proud too! Get it, Demi!
