Resistance bands are a perfect way to strengthen your entire body, even if you're new to strength-training. Not only can you usually find them at your gym, but they're also compact enough to travel with or buy for home use. (I suggest buying a few that vary in weight from light to moderate to heavy, depending on your current physical ability.) Here's how it works: Do each set of exercises — band curls, overhead press, band squats, band row, band leg pulses — for 35 seconds with 10 seconds of rest between each exercise. Repeat the circuit twice. Get ready to tone up your entire body!
