Here's how it works: Grab a dumbbell in the weight of your choice (you can also use an unopened bottle of wine). This workout is designed to be completed in a circuit, which means you shouldn’t take more than a 15-second break between moves. Perform eight reps for each move, alternating which leg you stand on for the one-legged squats, and switching which hand is on the top of the weight for the overhead arm pump.
