Hello Stylish Hostesses!

Welcome to this week’s fashionable party idea. In case you missed it, last week I announced the start a series of creative party themes that will have your guests coming back time and time again. See my first post here!

So, what are we doing this week?! It’s none other than my favorite meal, brunch. But not just any brunch, a waffle bar brunch. Yup, adorned with all its yummy toppings! It allows everyone to get together, socialize, and eat into the wee hours of the afternoon!

Okay, let’s get to it!

I love, love “bar” ideas, as they just make for easy entertaining and are always crowd pleasers. Each guest can create their own by topping their waffles with what they enjoy most! So if you are a strawberries kind of gal, done! Rather some bananas ?! Even better. The options are endless!

Here’s what I used but of course you can add/remove as many toppings as you’d like. I only had four guests over so I kept things simple!

Waffles — here’s one of my favorite recipes. Should you care for easy entertaining pick up some frozen ones from your local supermarket (I really like the Trader Joe's Brand).

  1. Strawberries
  2. Bananas
  3. Cherries
  4. Chocolate Fudge
  5. Maple syrup (A good option is Trader Joe's Organic Grade A Maple Syrup)

Want to know some of my favorite combos? Keep on reading!

The Classic Waffle: Topped with strawberries, bananas, and good ole maple syrup — because sometimes simplicity is everything!

Cherry Garcia Waffle:Topped with cherries, bananas and chocolate fudge. Inspired by one of my favorite Ben and Jerry’s ice creams. My “The Cherry Garica Waffle” will not disappoint.

And when in doubt, melted butter and syrup will completely do the trick!

As always, keep entertaining! Till next time!
