Now that Fall is here, nurturing your our internal garden is essential. This season governs our sense of organization, setting limits and projecting boundaries. Our body is moving from being eternal and expansive (the nature of summer) to contractive and contemplative (the nature of autumn).

In Chinese medicine the organ associated with this season is the lungs. Emotionally the lungs are where we hold sadness and grief. The lungs are associated with clear thinking and communication, openness to change and new ideas, and the ability to let go a relax. When out of balance, we are dealing with seemingly unknown sadness and grief, and intense emotions that pour out of nowhere. So here's a potion to clear deep-seated grief.
