Like a lot of celebs, Demi Lovato is often trapped in the endless "who are they seeing now?" web of headlines when it comes to her dating life. But it turns out that she's single (for real) and has some words of wisdom for those who might be experiencing what she's going through.

Lovato explained to Sirius XM that this is the first time she hasn't been in a relationship or dating at all, for that matter.

"I’ve always gone from relationship to relationship or fling to fling or whatever, like I’ve always had somebody in my life," she said.

After her split from Wilmer Valderrama, she was boo'd up with UFC star Luke Rockhold, then she was rumored to be with Brazilian MMA fighter Guilherme "Bomba" Vasconcelos, and shortly after that, theories of her and French Montana being a thing were floating around.

These men were lucky as hell if you ask us, but we digress.

"I have been enjoying being independent and living on my own, and just and trying to navigate through adult life."

The singer turned 25 years old on August 20.

Not everything about being alone sucks, either. She's reminding us all that the most important relationship you'll have is with yourself.

"I’m learning how to be comfortable with being alone, and I think that’s the most important thing that you can do for yourself, especially as a woman — to find your independence."

Hell yeah, Demi! And just because she's alone, that doesn't mean that she's lonely.

Although she admits that she has her friends to help "fill the void," she's doing just fine on her own.

"You have to learn to love yourself before you can love other people," she added.

It looks like she's been taking some advice from RuPaul himself.

Can we get an amen up in here?!
