We finally have answers as to why Demi Lovato and Luis Fonsi were being so flirty on Instagram recently. Turns out the two aren't an item, but they are officially debuting a new Spanish-language song together.

Both Lovato and Fonsi shared a sneak peek of the new song, which is titled "Echame La Culpa."

"November 17th ????," the singer captioned the video.

Yes, that's Demi spitting her Spanish skills on the song, which doesn't happen often on her solo hits.

Hey Fonsi ???? @luisfonsi

Though Lovato doesn't speak Spanish in her everyday life, she has performed in the language a couple of times way back when:

Before debuting the tease, the two were definitely hinting a music video is in the works, so we can't wait to see that, too.

Lovato even revealed she'd been collaborating with a Latin artist – one she thought we'd all "really like" – so fans have been waiting awhile for the song with Fonsi.

The two artists even discussed their upcoming work via FaceTime, where Lovato said she had to practice her Spanish before recording.

In an exclusive Billboard video, the "Despacito" singer explained the whole process – producers, recording, logistics – to Lovato so she'd be prepared for everything.

And now, we wait an excruciatingly long two days for the full song to be released.
