Yup, Grammys season is upon us. This morning, the nominations for the 2018 ceremony were announced, and naturally, the choices caused some drama.
Bruno Mars, Jay-Z, and Kendrick Lamar rightfully led the pack with the most nominations.
The Grammys eligibility period is from October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017, giving artists over a year to make enough waves in music to be recognized.
A few noteworthy singers, however, are nowhere to be seen on the nominees list — including fan favorites Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez.
Ed Sheeran, Lady Gaga, and The Weeknd are some other names who were "snubbed" by the Grammys.
